Situation
BASSE Solutions were called upon in the morning by Infopro Digital as their AquaSafe leak alarm began sounding. After initial contact from the client, BASSE Solutions mobilised a team to inspect and rectify the issue.
Task
Upon investigation, the BASSE Solutions team observed that the alarm was issued due to a high level of water posing an overflow to the client’s pumped water cleaning system.
As seen in the images documented by our team, the water wasn’t draining due to excess debris and corrosion, causing further potential damage to the pump itself.
Action
After identifying the issue, the team thoroughly cleaned the water system to ensure it would drain correctly in the future. We also tested the pump to ensure it wouldn’t cause any further overflow that would trigger the AquaSafe leak alarm again, or worse, damage and break the water pump.
