Situation
Our client, This Property Matters, recently inherited a commercial building in Westminster with a cooling plant located on the roof.
Due to its worn and rusty state, the client was concerned about the condition of the equipment and if it was fit for purpose long term.
BASSE Solutions was requested to attend the site and assess the state of the cooling plant.
Task
The BASSE Solutions team attended the commercial site and carried out an in-depth quality and risk assessment before determining that the cooling plant needed protection from the weather to prevent any further deterioration.
Action
Our team of maintenance experts started the overhaul process by sanding down all parts of the plant and treating with a rust inhibitor.
It was then coated with an external grade metal paint to further prevent corrosion, whilst providing a neat finish.
