  • Delap’s on your property. If your commercial property was vacated quickly and has been left un-emptied by the previous tenant, we can also offer building delap’s services and office clearance services. All office/shop equipment will be removed (being mindful of recycling and minimising landfill), and the building will be returned to the initial state it was rented out in, bare and ready for a fresh start.
  • Pest control. Of course, alongside all of our other vacant property services, we’ll also check for pests and any other issues that may arise during inspection and will discuss with you a plan of action to rectify any issue at hand.
