Will we be charged by monthly retainer or is there an annual fee to work with you?

This really depends on what service you have engaged with us for. Planned service contracts will typically be billed at 1/n of the contract period, whereas reactive maintenance will be billed on completion of the job. Your account manager will be able to discuss this with you.
